Item(s) are to be loaded to the tailgate. The vehicle must be able to accommodate standard loading dock only. Item(s) must be picked up within 10 days of winning the bid. The bidder must show proof of ID upon arrival. If a party other than the winning bidder is picking up the item(s), the bidder must send confirmation email to the designated individual or company prior to the arrival to the distribution site. Inspection and pickup are Monday – Friday by confirmed appointment only, Closed federal holidays. Bidder is responsible for packing, crating, banding, shipping, loading and removal. The agency will not assist.
